Questions about MY ORDER

Q: I did not receive a confirmation email. What do I do?
Confirmation emails are sent immediately upon completion of your transaction. Sometimes the email could be blocked by a spam filter. Please check your spam or junk mail folders. If you still cannot find confirmation email, please email Sales@VirtualGuestList.net for assistance and be sure to include your order details. VirtualGuestList will verify your order and will re-send your confirmation email. Also please be sure to disable any spam blockers and add "Orders@VirtualGuestList.net" to your address book to ensure it gets delivered.


Q: I received a confirmation email, but no link to my tickets. What do I do?
Your confirmation email is proof of purchase. You will need to print or show this email on your smartphone, along with a matching photo ID at the venue's Will Call window on fight night. Your tickets will be issued to you at that time.


Q: My tickets are being held at Will Call. What does that mean?
Will Call is the venue box office at the arena. Tickets will be held at the event location's box office "Will Call" window under the name of the cardholder who purchased the tickets. Generally your tickets can be picked up one hour before the event. Please be sure to bring your photo ID, and the credit card used at the time of sale. These items will be used to find your order and verify your identity before you are given the tickets.


Q: I do not have the credit card I purchased the tickets with, will I be able to pick up my tickets?
No problem. As long as you have your photo ID and it matches the name on the order, you are all set. See you at Will Call on Fight Night!


Q: My tickets were purchased for me, so the order name will not match. How can I get my tickets?
Please have the person who purchased the tickets email us and give confirmation to release the tickets to your name sales@VirtualGuestList.net


Q: I purchased my tickets, received my confirmation email, but where am I sitting?
If you purchase General admission seating, seats are first come / first serve. Arrive early for best seats. VIP seating is on the floor area and is also first come first serve for VIP. Super VIP Seat purchasers will be notified of their table/seat placement.


Q: I purchased tickets and can no longer attend the event. Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of online ticketing, all tickets sales are final. Policies defined by our clients prohibit VirtualGuestList from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased without their express consent, which is not routinely granted. However, if you still wish to request a refund please email sales@VirtualGuestList.net


Q: The fighter that I wanted to see is no longer fighting. Can I get a refund?
Fight cards are subject to change at any time without notice. No refund will be given if a fight card is changed or cancelled, unless the venue or promoter approves it.


Q: Is VirtualGuestList.net a secure website?
Yes, every page of our site is backed by a Godaddy SSL Security Certificate encrypting any and all information transfered through our system. For more information, feel free to visit godaddy and view their SSL security. VirtualGuestList utilizes the latest technology to ensure that your transaction is secure. All transactions are processed securely through one of the nation's most trusted credit card approval service.


Q: Do you charge service fees?
Yes, we do charge a small fee per ticket. This service fee is to cover the processing costs of purchasing tickets remotely. VirtualGuestList.net makes every effort to keep these fees as low as possible, so that the fans do not have to pay more than is absolutely necessary....unlike some of our competitors.


Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I still use your site?
We're sorry, but tickets must be purchased with a major credit or debit card.


Q: I don't have a printer. Can I still use your site?
Yes. Only your ID is needed after checkout. For peace of mind, after checkout, you will receive a confirmation email and can show it on your smart phone, along with your ID at Will Call on fight night.


Q: I still do not have the answer to my question. How can I contact Virtual Guest List?
